Refund policy

Most orders will ship out within 7-10 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped USPS or UPS service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 4-10 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Pattern of EDEN cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control including severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. Pattern of EDEN cannot be held responsible for any packages once they are delivered to the address you have provided.

All sales are final unless there is a mistake on our part. At that time we will issue a refund.
